Railroad Operations Consultant. Twenty-three years experience in the Transportation Department of the CSX Transportation Co., L & N Railroad and Seaboard System Railroad. Employed as Brakeman, Conductor and Locomotive Engineer. Supervisory positions included Road Foreman of Engines, District Road Foreman and General Road Foreman. Expertise in railroad operations, train operation, derailments, operating rules and regulations, safety and training programs.
