Carl Berkowitz, Ph.D., PE, AICP is a transportation and traffic engineering expert and has served as a litigation consultant since 1997. Because of Dr. Berkowitz’s 47 years of expertise, he is frequently consulted at the initial stages of a potential litigation for impartial input that can make the crucial difference between success and failure.
